Follow up

A dedicated mortgage adviser will call you within 24 hours of receipt of your call-back request to find out more detailed information with regard to your financial situation. This information will allow us to determine the best lender and products to suit your needs.

Application completion

To complete the application, your mortgage adviser will arrange to meet you at a time to suit your schedule either at our offices or at your home outside of office hours. Your mortgage adviser will then answer any further questions you may have and provide explanations of the different types of mortgage, interest rates, APR, our mortgage process and any additional costs you may face to ensure that you are well informed as you proceed through your application - all of this will be explained in simple terms and with the least amount of technical jargon.

Approval

Once you have decided on a mortgage and completed your application, we will process your application without delay. Approval is normally granted within 24 hours, after which your mortgage adviser will contact you with the offer.
